The only downside is the cost- I wish it was a little more affordable, but it's worth it for him to be so excited to eat. There were also issues with shipping delays in the beginning but the customer service team was very responsive and helpful.

THE ONLY THING I WOULD IMPROVE UPON IS CUSTOMIZING THE DELIVERIES TO SUIT THE INDIVIDUAL NEEDS. I WANTED TO SET UP EVERY 95 DAYS BECAUSE THAT IS HOW LONG 4 72 OZ BAGS WILL LAST US BUT I HAD TO DO EVERY 84 DAYS BECAUSE THAT IS MAX OF WHAT THEY WILL DO BUT I CAN SKIP AN ORDER WHICH IS NO DIFFERENT THAN SETTING IT UP FOR EVERY 95 DAYS.

There were potentials for other flavors (Chicken, Fish etc..)

Price is prohibitive for a lot of people (especially with big dogs who eat more)

Our dogs go nuts when they see us reach for the Sundays bag. We use it as a topper to their dry food and they went from picking over hours to eating the entire bowl within minutes of setting it down. It’s easy to break apart into smaller pieces for our 11 lb pup or for us to use as treats. It’s very easy to see that it’s high quality food. I highly recommend Sundays and I think our pups would agree.

More variety in flavors ; turnaround time for order - both of which I know you are addressing.

Food never ships on the date scheduled...constantly juggling the date so I do not run out.

I had a way to make changes to shipping and to the amount of food being shipped.

It's been good so far. I referred a friend with my link, and it didn't work. The support staff made it right, but still don't have the referral credit. I would look into the referral link, bc this is a great product to share.

I can't think of anything other than lowering the price but I do think the value is there as it is.

Our picky Beagle absolutely LOVES Sundays food. We've tried both the chicken and beef . We've tried several brands of dog food and never found one that Hunter really enjoyed. He just didn't enjoy them. Now, he can't wait for his breakfast and dinner! So thankful for Sundays and the great food they have.

Don’t decrease your quality or standards. Maybe have food just for puppies. Maybe offer treats, or wet food.

We've had issues with running out of her food but I'm hoping those are resolved now. And there was one bag that was very light and crumbly, although that didn't stop Buffy from chowing it down.

It took us about 6 weeks to get our first order of Sundays. I'm afraid with how popular it's becoming that we may experience similar issues with future shipments as more dog owners discover it. It's a downside that we can't buy it at the store, but that's also probably part of how it's able to be so amazing.

It’s a bit pricey, but so is dry dog food.
